PlumberHelpdesk is a referral service that connects consumers with independent plumbing contractors. We do not directly provide plumbing services, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by the contractors in our network.

• Verify that any contractor you hire has the necessary license and insurance required for the work
• Pay all charges and fees associated with the services provided by contractors
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed by contractors in our network.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlumberHelpdesk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check our terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
